The Council is formed to open dialogue and communications with the Hispanic Latino community, to be all inclusive and to improve diversity relations to achieve a cooperative and peaceful co-existence.

Through this mission, we will continue to distinguish our communities as we find creative solutions to our challenges, thus, creating an ideal place to live.
